Blue Ridge Mountains Landscape - Roan Mountain Appalachian Trail NC TN
Crepuscular light rays over Roan Mountain Highlands from Jane Bald along the Appalachian Trail in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina. Western NC and Eastern TN meet at Roan Mountain, and the views of the Southern Appalachians from this location are spectacular. Taming the intense light in this scene wasn't easy, but I am pleased with the result!
