A beautiful summer evening along the Blue Ridge Parkway north of Asheville, NC during the spring rhododendron bloom. The Southern Appalachian Mountains are a special place to be during the month of June, when thunderstorms stir up dramatic skies over the vibrant spring flowers and golden light rays paint the mountain ridges and valley below. Wherever you are right now, I hope you take a minute and enjoy the view!
