Blue Ridge Parkway overlook near Craggy Gardens on a sunny summer afternoon. This week's "Tuesday Adventure" took us to Craggy Gardens along the Blue Ridge Parkway near Asheville NC in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. We hiked up to Craggy Pinnacle for a fantastic picnic during the warm afternoon sunshine. A broken sky offered up some wonderful dappled light on the mountains and the scenic view of the Southern Appalachians here was just spectacular! I have been told that NC is where I will flourish. THIS IMAGE is opening the door for any of us who want to see the majesty that apparently is in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It speaks WELCOME and COME BREATHE MY AIR AND SEE MY BEAUTY!!
