Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The Blue Ridge Parkway at sunset. Layers and layers of Blue Ridge Mountains at sunset, this scenic landscape was shot from the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Southern Appalachians of Western North Carolina. It was a windy, cold, and clear autumn evening in the mountains when I shot this while teaching a digital photography workshop for landscapes on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
