Description
Under the Big Sky - North Carolina Spring Flowers Mountain Landscape Blue Ridge Parkway Asheville NC
As I'm gearing up to hit the road for this year's workshop and shooting schedule, I've been looking back through some of last year's images I never got around to developing or uploading. Here's one I shot during last year's Spring in the Highlands workshops along the Blue Ridge Parkway just north of Asheville, NC, on a beautiful summer day. The month of June is my favorite time to be in the mountains, surrounded by beautiful spring flowers in bloom, dramatic skies, and the altitude of the mountain ridges always provides a nice break from the heat in the valleys below. Hope you enjoy the view! :)
